1. Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all attached tags.

• Proof Required: You must provide your order ID/invoice and clear photo or video proof of the issue.

2. Refund Conditions Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• Out of Stock: The item requested for replacement is no longer available.

• Defective / Incorrect Item: The received product is damaged or mismatched, and a resolution cannot be fulfilled via exchange.

• Order Cancellation: The order was canceled prior to dispatch.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time

• Payment Channel: Refunds will be credited via your original payment method, bKash, Nagad, or direct bank transfer.

• Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Deserve BD Error: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping and exchange fees.

• Customer Preference: For exchanges based on size preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for both return delivery and re-shipping fees.
